We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team. The role will include, among other responsibilities:
- Monitoring orders and managing invoicing
- Organizing business travel and logistics
- Preparing reports and activity summaries
- Managing administrative and financial documents related to transactions (contracts, invoices, etc.)
- Managing client relations: commercial follow-up, handling incidents (exchanges, returns, credit notes), and follow-ups for payment collection
- Collecting the necessary information for payroll preparation (worked hours, absences, leave, bonuses, etc.)
- Overseeing the administrative management of business activities
- Handling basic accounting tasks
- Improving administrative procedures and internal processes
- Managing the administrative aspects of contracts
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Working days: Sunday to Thursday
Location: Dely Brahim, Algiers
Salary: Based on the candidate’s profile and experience
