About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to help translate client needs into clear functional requirements for our product and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs
• Analyze and document functional requirements
• Write user stories and specifications for development teams
• Model business workflows and processes
• Work closely with designers, developers, and product teams
• Participate in backlog refinement and feature validation

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Business Analysis / Product / Functional Analysis
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile)
• Ability to write clear functional documentation and user stories
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Junior profiles with strong potential may be considered.

Profile

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and methodical. They are comfortable testing digital products in a structured way and communicating issues clearly to the team. A background in IT, computer science, or a related field is appreciated, but practical experience in manual testing is equally valued. The candidate demonstrates ownership, precision, and a quality-driven mindset.
