About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to help translate client needs into clear functional requirements for our product and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs
- Analyze and document functional requirements
- Write user stories and specifications for development teams
- Model business workflows and processes
- Work closely with designers, developers, and product teams
- Participate in backlog refinement and feature validation
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Business Analysis / Product / Functional Analysis
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile)
- Ability to write clear functional documentation and user stories
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Junior profiles with strong potential may be considered.
Profile
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and methodical. They are comfortable testing digital products in a structured way and communicating issues clearly to the team. A background in IT, computer science, or a related field is appreciated, but practical experience in manual testing is equally valued.
